We discuss the challenges of showing young minds the value of technology in our everyday lives, to inspire them to take an interest in seeing tech as a viable career option. We have a skills shortage in tech with 62% of UK business executives say that their tech talent pool doesn’t have the capability to deliver their digital strategy. Schools can’t keep up with the developments in Tech to teach the subject fully, but what they can do is show the possibilities of a career in Tech.

“The problem stems from school and making sure that people are aware of what the opportunities are, what they need to do to go about getting a career in those different areas, and exiting people about it.”
