Data Manager – Excel / Pivot Tables / VLookUp / SQL
Data Manager – Excel / Pivot Tables / VLookUp / SQL is required for a well-respected commodities business based out of their Central London office. The position is a brand-new role that sits within the specialised Analysis division of the business.
As the Data Manager is a brand-new role and the first position of its kind in the Analysis function so there is a great opportunity for you to shape the role and expand the function across the business. Building on this function is a business priority so a promotion to a more senior role is certainly achievable with a view to building out your own team.
The Data Manager role will have a 60-70% focus on working on MS Excel after gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and industry analysts across the business. Maintaining data accuracy and implementing improvement to data workbooks is a key focus of this role to reduce the frequency of data errors and ultimately saving stakeholders across the business valuable time.
With a friendly and welcoming atmosphere across the business, they are looking for a likeminded IT enthusiast to join their ranks.
The successful Data Manager will have the following:
– One plus years’ experience in a similar Data Manager / Officer / Co-ordinator role;
– Advanced MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc…
– Excellent communication skills for liaising with business stakeholders;
– SQL querying skills (highly beneficial).

A basic salary between £25,000 – £35,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits is on offer depending on your experience.
