2nd Line Support Analyst sought for a leading retail organisation based in South West Birmingham. This is a highly regarded company who have a global presence and put a lot of their success down to their high level of customer service.
The 2nd Line Support Analyst will be joining a talented and dynamic team of Infrastructure Engineers (at various levels of experience) and be supporting the IT user base. As a 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be supporting 1st line in terms of multiple tickets and working with the IT operations team to automate as many processes as possible.
The 2nd Line Support Analyst will be joining a hard-working team who are passionate about giving strong service on the 2nd line support queue resolving and closing tickets that come in.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will have:
